Who is AppanGate designed for?+
AppanGate is designed for apartment communities, workplaces and multi-property operators that need a clearer way to coordinate visitor access and gate operations.
Can different people have different access?+
Yes. The platform experience is role-aware, so administrators, residents, employees, reception teams and security staff can work with the information relevant to them.
What is maker–checker control?+
It is a two-step control where one authorised person prepares an important change and another reviews it before it takes effect.
How does the 30-day trial and pricing work?+
Nothing is charged during the 30-day trial. The monthly price is calculated progressively from the registered flat count, shown with GST before acceptance, and scheduled only after the trial ends. Cancel before the end date to prevent recurring billing.
Does AppanGate store card or UPI credentials?+
No. The prototype stores only the chosen mandate method and a pending authorisation status. In production, card or UPI authorisation will happen directly on the payment provider’s secure flow and AppanGate will retain only the provider token and mandate status.
Does this contact form send real email or SMS?+
Not yet. The request is stored in the database with pending status for expert follow-up. Email and SMS delivery will be added after provider credentials are available.
